Dodgy Day Vic

Postby Pamex » Fri Sep 24, 2010 1:34 am

Hello folks!

A few of us Garage types have been discussing a dodgy day, mainly so Nanotech can get his soft top in. How does either Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th of October sound? You free then Nanotech?

Location will be Bentleigh East. PM for address, or SMS me on 0430 198 928.

It's becoming BBQ weather, so of course that will be on. Heaps of tools are already here, but if you need something super specialised, check if I have it or bring it along.

List away people.

Just realised haven't heard from Nanotech in this thread yet!

What day were you working? I think it was Sunday?

Post up your preferred day, Sat or Sun.

Cheers,

Pam

I think it's going to be Saturday, but just waiting to hear from Nanotech. It may well be the case that we postpone it until next weekend, as I think I read he was actually pretty busy this weekend.

We'll see. I'll post up as soon as I hear anything. :-)

Also James, don't worry too much about delivery of the seats. I'll grab them off you at some point. Thanks though!

We're Victorians and start the day at a civilised time. :-D

FINALLY found this thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like a week to friggin late.... grrrrr!! It's ok, I hope it went well! I'll try to make it next time, sadly I've been on call with work due to some of the guys having uni exams so I'm filling in for them since I finished mine already.

As for dodgy day, I'm in the process of paying off a $hitstorm of bills, rego, coilovers (actually have a set on the way :D :D ), fines... It never freakin ends!!!! So that said, I'm aiming to head up to Thursday meets starting next week. I've been holding out on you guys due to placement and work! I was planning to come up this week but I was called in for thurs today sadly and I'm not in a position to say no

Anyway back on topic! Yeah I'm entering some free time starting next week hopefully so maybe we can arrange something soon. I'm attacking the roof with Noddi this Friday and test fitting his sportmax to my car! So maybe my roof issues will be sorted out sooner than I thought.
That said, The second I've paid off my expenses, I'm buying a Voodoo shift knob and a short shifter. I have a top seal gear box leak at the moment, it's pretty slow so I'm not worried about it but it's going to have to be changed soon.

So I'm thinking if we make another Dodgy Day, we could add that to the list! Either way, I'd love any chance to have a few drinks with you guys and trade car news!!!

ZOOM ZOOM Motha F**ka!!! :NA8: :NB8A: :NC:
