Very well acquainted now.

Although it has been sitting down at Gold Coast Mazda this weekend, while we have been scooting around in a new PRHT Auto.
But unfortunately, the ND goes back today and I am back in the 6.

What a great car.
Smooth, quiet , comfortable, frugal, and yet, the handling is quite sharp.
Very good value for money car. Averaging 8.5 ltrs/100 so far. Plenty of poke when you need it.
Highly recommended.

The new windblocker looks good.

Which model of Haltech are you going for Stu?

Windblocker looks great Stu - any chance of posting details on construction?

Update-
MINX has been to Bob Romanos, for Chris to do some brain surgery.
Now with Haltech Interceptor, and 460cc Jectrs, she is running very sweet, and safe, no pinging, rich or lean spikes.
Just Smoooooth Grunt whenever it is called upon. No lag or power surge.

Would recommend Chris Romano for careful, dedicated work, above and beyond.

How do you squish those 200+ horses in there? I managed to only squeeze in 167!

Very nice indeed Stu.
Torque? Boost?
Romano's hmm, every time I rang them Chris was busy. They never rang me back.
Found what i wanted without them anyway.

Yep, Chris sort of does everything there, so bit hard to nail down.
But if you are patient, the result is excellent.

PS = 2 Switable maps -
A. Round town and wet roads 10psi gradual on set of boost and economical
B. Holly Crap 12 psi Go Get Em! setting
Just have switch on dash.

This is how it goes at a Motorkhana
(low boost setting with a/c on to run the fans)

168.3 kw/tonne thats better than Porsche Boxster S power for a fraction of the price. Very nice indeed.

What a sleeper. 157 sounds a much nicer number than 156.9:)

Just a question Stu. You changed tuners from GT Auto to Bob Romano any reason why?

Ron,

GT Auto was only Dyno run to check where it was at and if afr was safe etc.
At the time they didnt appeal to me to take it further with them.

Cheers Stu,
Had heard some good reports on GT Auto, so was wondering why the change.
