NC Minilite Type wheels anyone?

Postby pcmx5 » Tue Sep 21, 2010 10:20 am

Does anyone know of any of these style wheels being available for an NC? Have had a pretty good look on all the main retailers sites with no luck.

Performance have the Superlite in 5 stud but it only seems to go to 16" - no big deal as 16" wheels were fitted to the OS poverty pack cars anyway. Don't know about offset or stud pattern on the Superlite.

Thanks JBT but i had discounted them on previous experience as they did not offer anything above about 25 offset. The standard NC is 17x7 (55 I think) and the Enkies on my car at the moment are 17x8 (48) and with 225/45 tyres fill the guards well with no rubbing. As an aside according to my GPS the speedo is dead accurate with that combination so I assume the standard NC must follow the Mazda tradition of showing 105klph when it is travelling at 100?

Anyone ever seem an NC with Minilite type wheels?

Thanks Philz,

Look great.Stuckey tyre service are agents for Compomotive and can get the ML (similiar design) in 17x7 with offsets up to 50 for $567 each on special order. Now if I can sell my Enkies and the standard wheels...... Hell here I go again!!!!!!

What front spoiler is that on the NC? I quite like it. I like the look of the minilite wheels.......but i wouldn't be paying that much for them. Though i do like your Enkis Peter. Hint....hint...... :D
Form is temporary.Class is permanent.

Randy,

I might visit Stuckeys to see what the Ml's look like in 17 inch, have the Enkies in 17x8 with michelin pss 2's 225/45 x17 with really good tread and a set of standard wheels with good Bridgestone's.
Have thought about selling the Enkies, putting the standard wheels back on until the ML's are available and then selling the standard wheels, which it seems are a bit prone to getting damaged so might even get good $$ selling them in singles. Then perhaps i would be better just to keep the Enkies.Decisions, decisions!!!
