Re: Wazman's NB8a
The hydraulic hand brake turned out to be a nightmare ! well just bleeding the thing Because i mounted the slave UPSIDE DOWN in the tunnel under the car ! It had an air bubble in it that would not come out no matter how much i bled the system! I ended up unbolting the slave with the lines still attached and twisting it around until it was up the right way and then bleeding it ! That was really annoying because i was a smarty pants and mounted it in such a hard to get to spot
The lines are really easy to bend.....and didn't need to pay someone to pre bend them for me I actually needed to shorten them so i used a brake line flaring tool to do the job.
Below shows where i intend to "T" into the rear brake line. The slave has a valve in it so it just runs inline....
Below shows the lines going into the slave....more so how tight the space is there.... and close to my exhaust. high temps= brake fade.....installs heat shield !
This is how the leaver ended up looking .....ditched the ugly bolt The oem cover fits over it so mister po po dosn't bust my chops about it.
I also removed this piece of useless junk! The clutch line that goes over behind the engine and then back again to the clutch slave ! I just re-bent the remaining line to have just a straight metal only line from the top to the slave on the box= better pedal feel and simpler
Sportmax 002's 16x8 +0 after a trial fit it turns out my current wheels are -4 !!! not +4 like everyone seems to think...... the 4 mm extra clearance was obvious when i trial fitted the 002's...... Fitted pic's after "DRIFT ATTACK"

Nice work and great footage would have loved to see some from trackside too, looks like you were linking up those first few corners really well. Wish I could steer like that.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Re: Wazman's NB8a
I shall be at winton again this weekend ! for Performance Car Mania. Hopefully get some dry track drift footage for you guys.....
Hopefully be painting the car at the end of the year so there will be more updates soon.......at the moment spending alot of my cash driving the car rather than making it faster...... But i am still hungry for that 200rwkw so i can see my car getting rougher on the outside and faster on the inside.
