I am in for this one, Thinking of having the espresso machine turned on early , and anyone wanting come by the coffee shop (Naremburn ) about 600 hrs for a espresso caffe and then convey it out to Richmond. Straight out the m2 etc to Richmond.

Just to remind everyone who's coming, please download and print all the documents linked in my first post of this thread, and bring them with you.

We will be pre-ordering breakfast before we leave from Richmond (djw24s and Tony can order when they arrive at Ambermere Rose Inn).

We will also pre-order lunch before we leave Little Hartley. This will help with the turnaround time at the breakfast/lunch stops.

If you can have a browse of the menus sometime between now and then, so you have a rough idea of what you'd like, it will make the pre-ordering process a lot smoother.

Something worth noting, returning from Jenolan caves last month noticed cops/radar in little town of Hampton 28km this side of J Caves.

A quick shot black is what is needed at 0600hrs to get you through the MX500 . If the espresso machine is warmed up when I come past the Willoughby Road exit then count me in for a quick shot . I need to get back on the road at about 0630hrs to get to Richmond by 0730hrs .

BREAKFAST

There has been a slight change of plans for breakfast at Ambermere Rose Inn (9am). In the interests of keeping it manageable in their small kitchen and coping with our large group in a reasonable time, everyone will have the option of choosing either a full hot breakfast ($16.50) or continental breakfast ($12.50). Drinks and coffee/tea cost extra. This way we do not have to preorder breakfast, and the kitchen does not need to worry about keeping preorders hot (which they don't have the facilities for). So please ignore the breakfast order menu in the first post of this thread.

FUEL

Please make sure you arrive at the Richmond McDonalds meeting point with a full tank of fuel! We will not be waiting around for anyone who needs fuel after the scheduled 8am departure time - if you're late, you will need to meet us at Little Hartley for breakfast (9am). The closest servo to the start is the Shell at Clarendon near the eastern end of Richmond Air Base on Windsor Richmond Rd. We will not be stopping for fuel until we reach Goulburn, a distance of about 300km. Between Richmond and Goulburn, there is no service station selling 98 RON fuel for those cars that require it. 95 RON and standard unleaded fuel is available at Oberon but those who require a fuel stop will have to meet us at Taralga for lunch (12:30pm). There will be a scheduled fuel stop at Goulburn where all flavours are available (but not necessarily the brand you may prefer).

If it helps...I don't think Ultimate is available in Goulburn; bit it is available at the Marulan service centre.

The Mobil servo on the corner of the road from Taralga and the main road (old highway) through Goulburn sells 98.
