*HELP* NC Springs & sways = :), Pads = :(

installed whiteline sways set to Soft front, Medium rear, tein S-tech springs. Veyr happy with the results so far, see pics below. Have also replaced front and rear Pads and now have a horrific squeal under light (eg carpark speeds) brake application. Now a little squeek would be normal/acceptable and i get the little squeek just as the car is coming to a complete stop (sounds like rears) and is not intrusive, however the scream (sounds like fronts but not sure) is just not cricket. What has been missed? any help much appreciated.

I made "search" my friend before posting my original question, but I did not find anything helpful.
Caliper grease behind the pad and shim is my first option, then a disc machine is 2nd on the list.
just wondering if there is something else obvious i may have missed.

Are they track biased brake pads? If so the squeel is quite normal for some pads.

If they are regular pads; Have you done any spirited driving and how did you bed them in?

You need to bed the pads in to get rid of the screech. Check the instructions that came with the pads.

It's not the product of how hard the pad material is. I've put in new OEM pads and had them squeal and then harder Red & even harder Yellow Stuff pads and not had a sound out of them.

If all else fails, (but I suspect it won't after bedding in) you can buy an anti squeal bottle of gunk (technical term) and apply it to the back of the pad. It's like a red rubber/silicon compound and works well.

OEM standard pads, yep followed the following 'bed in' procedure......from 80kph brake down to 15-20kph (do not come to complete stop), repeat 8-10 times, let brakes cool then repeat again.

I have since read that when bedding in, you should apply 80-90% brake force, and I definately did not do that, I only would have put 60% pressure at best.

Ok, so i'm assuming I may have incorrectly bedded the pads in. I will try the higher brake pressures and see if that helps. Hopefully i haven't glazed the pads up too badly.
