Simon,

I have a multimeter and test light you can borrow. I'll be home and in the garage all Saturday so feel free to pop around, you can work on the car here if you like.

Fixed! It was an issue in my wiring job (fancy self bonding electrical tape not bonding) causing the light dimmer wire to short, blowing the 'tail' fuse... And yes, I probably should have figured that one out earlier...

Thanks Greg, Paul and Bruce for ideas!

Cheers
Simon

Good news Simon. This is why I tend to solder and heatshrink connections.

Well done Simon,
I look forward to meeting you and seeing the car.
Greg.
When you turn your car on, does it return the favour?
