Where to buy slim wheel nuts for aftermarket wheels?

Postby gussy » Sun Aug 08, 2010 11:39 am

So I bought a sset of Work Equip wheels - unfortunately they didn't come with the Work Equip slim wheel nuts needed (because the regular wheel brace can't fit in the wheel holes etc.)

Like these:

Anyone know where I can buy aluminium wheel nuts / slim wheel nut adapter - the normal Work wheel nuts are 250 dollars a set!

JDM yard sell slim wheel nuts. I used these with my sportmax wheels back in the day with no problems. I think they are $70 a set nowadays too.

949racing will not fit (19mm)... well they will.. but your socket wont fit over it.

you will need 17mm nuts, or nuts which will screw from the inside.

As said JDMyard will have something

Mcgard splinedrive nuts. External spline socket, floating seat, 60 degree taper. I believe they're made of steel chromoly (steel, chromium, molybdenum alloy).
