Crapweasel's SE - Update 9/5/10
Latest install - clear reflectors and side indicators. I'm very pleased with the result - a much cleaner look on the silver paintwork...
Didn't get a chance to take pics in daylight, so a shiathouse, off angle night shot will have to do!
A huge shout out and thanks to Lokiel for donating the clear reflectors, couldn't have done it without you!

+1
The orange reflectors+indicators are way too loud on silver/titanium cars.

I may be old fashioned, but I like the orange indicators as I like the colour contrast.
Good to see we all don't have the same taste, as then, life would be boring.

Crapweasel's SE - Updated Pic 2/6/10
Finally got a day shot of the clear reflectors - yes, I know, it's not an update, but everytime I see this, I'm happy!! (And I know we're all like this about our cars )
Benny, I agree. Same taste does equal boring!

Re: Crapweasel's SE - Update 17/08/10
So, I'm over here in Sunny Perth, and have made a decision.
I've decided to go for some cosmetic upgrades and sideline the performance for a while (clutch, flywheel, upping the boost, ECU and injectors), except the ebay dump pipe and the O2 mod are here already, so I may as well...
So I went shopping and bought the following;
Small side skirts:
And Billet Grille: Example on a Velocity red below:
I'm taking the car to a local friendly forum sponsor to get the skirts re painted, and the holes in the rear bumper filled, so I'm excited! The car is going to look transformed at the end, and you bet there's going to be some pics!

Grill looks tops. I want one but can't seem to part with ~$200 for the one I've selected. One day...

Bruce - ASE05 had one on his SE and had no issues, even on hot track days, so I don't think there's anything to worry about.

A couple of opening points - Glen at Roberts Autosports was brilliant to deal with, communicated throughout and the grille arrived quickly!
Secondly - I want to change the title of this thread, and can't seem to be able to do it! Any tips? I'd done it in the past (obviously), but buggered if I can find out how now!
So - I read the destructions and thought "Well that doesn't seem too hard!"
Wrong!
Remove lower splash guards to access the bolts holding on the tow hooks. That's fine.
Then I discover that my cheap 20yr old socket set doesn't cut it any more. Go and buy a new one. Much better!
Manage to get the driver's side tow hook off. Then attack the passenger's side, and promptly come unstuck. Can't access the two forward bolts properly, as the intercooler piping is in the road.
So - off comes the passenger's side of the front bar, moved forward far enough to get to the bolts. Replace bumper (didn't break the clips on the side!!), re-fit splash guards and finally fit grille.
Total time including shooting off to Repco for better tools? 5 and a half hours, 437 swear words, surprisingly only one cut knuckle, and one scrape!
And, here it is!

It doesn't matter how long it takes, as long as it looks good in the end, besides, "Chicks dig scars".
You probably swear a tad more than I do though (I reckon I was around 300 during my sway bar install).
