RX8 Wheels on NC

Postby Patrick Bramston » Wed May 26, 2010 1:49 pm

I could not find a picture of RX8 wheels on an NC so here is one. I know they are big and heavy but they sure do fill the wheel arches. My car has lowered King Springs as well.

Just put them on this morning, There may be some "tramlineing". No scraping on wheel arches so far. I can put some semi slicks on the standard wheels now.

Are they 'oversized' ie. overall diameter greater than a standard NC wheel?

The 225/40/18 on now are 20 mil bigger than the original 205/45/17. I will replace them soon with 215/35/18's which are about the same size as the original tyres. The RX8 rims are 18x8 where the MX5 rims are 17x7. I think they have about the same ofset.
