Going quicker is mainly about improving your confidence with letting the car skate around in the corners. Aim for more tyre squeal to start with, then focus on adjusting things to reduce the tyre squeal. You will have more spins as you learn where the limits are, but it's all about improving your skills. The general idea is to maximise every corner radius, which maximises the speed you can carry through them, and hence shaves your lap time.
You could try building up your entry speed for turn 2 and use all of the track on exit. In turn 3, try starting from further to the right, putting your right wheels onto the concrete edging and turning in as soon as the first section runs out (where the side road goes off) - this sets up the car with some oversteer and points at the apex, allowing you to get further to the left for turn 4 entry. Dab the brakes for turn 4, then turn in and get on the throttle earlier and run right up to the top of the circuit on exit. Turn 5 is quickest if you just lift the throttle (no braking), turn in, the rear will throw out and point you at the apex, but then the oversteer is arrested by the road camber and you'll four-wheel drift to the exit of the corner. Turn 6 should be flat (you're lifting), and don't fight the understeer if it shows - let the car drift out to towards turn 7 (also flat). You can also put your right wheel on the turn 6 ripple strip along the apex and since it's a little lower than the tarmac, it locks you into the corner. Turn 8 just focus on hitting the apex, and then aim to touch near the exit road that goes off to the right of the fishhook. Turn 9 should be flat (you're lifting) and let the car drift right to the outside of the corner exit. Turn 10 turn in from the far left when you run out of road (you were a bit early), apex is right at the end of the ripple strip and you can safely clip it, flat throttle and run right out to the edge of the exit ripple strip. Braking looked to be a little early for turns 2, 8 and 10.
BTW, don't try to do ALL of this at once. You'll probably get lost and frustrated. I reckon it's best to concentrate on two or three key corners to start with. I'd suggest you should focus on turns 3, 6 and 9 first because they'll give you quick rewards (just as Regie said). Then move onto turns 2 and 10. Hope this helps.
