Only minor mods so far: Mazdaspeed (AEM) cold air intake, custom midpipe, Trust exhaust.
Will be interesting to compare these after the more serious mods have begun...

Yes indeed. Will be interesting to see what these further plans are, too
Don't suppose you did a stock baseline run prior to the current mods? (No, neither did I).

I did.
Went from 91.6 to 105rwkW.
EDIT: Matt, I'm confused about the first graph.
kW's are fine but the torque only shows approx. 150Nm. Am I reading this right?
My graph (admittedly with the mods) shows 286Nm. Our fuel maps are similar.

Nice baseline figure Matt. I'm keen to see where that figure will go

Different gears? Gear ratio affects torque readings (although the shape of the curve shouldn't change)
Supreme Blue NB8B, 1:16.98 at Wakefield when stock, but it's not stock any more...

Hi Charlie
I was very confused about your graphs too I suspect a mathematical error somewhere.
I'm sure a mathematician (or engineer) will correct me on the below, but...
Power (W) = Torque (Nm) * angular velocity (radians/sec)
therefore Power (W) = Torque (Nm) * 2 x pi x RPM/60
as such, Power (kW) = Torque (Nm) x pi x RPM / 30000
Take the value at 5000 rpm - Power (kw) = 150 * 5000 * 3.14159265 /30000 = 78.5kW - which is pretty close to the value on my graph.

Re: Matt's NC2
The day has come!
Looks like it's around a 60% increase over stock, and look at how smooth that torque curve is!
No idea what units the torque is measured in - it's not lb/ft nor lb/in - but other than the stumble around 3500rpm it is nice and flat - and a nice progressive power curve
More tuning to be done, but I am well impressed with the result.

Re: Matt's NC2
Just out of interest I used the above formulas to convert hp to torque in Nm (converting to kW first by multiplying with 0.745)
153hp @ 4500rpm = 242Nm
177hp @ 5500rpm = 229Nm
201hp @ 6900rpm = 207Nm
comparing with my previous graph it looks like a 60% increase across the board. It's like driving with a 3.2L engine
