Gday guys, got a quick quiery, Both my head lights pop up ok and work fine but one of them wobbles. In the down position you can move it and also in the up position, driving down the road at night gives a lovely strobe effect which isnt much fun. Does anyone know how to tighten it up to stop the wobbling? im pretty sure it would be an easy fix but being a newbie to all this id appreciate the help on this one.
Cheers

I'd guess either one of the pivot bolts has fallen out or the arm that connects to the motor has some play in in.
Pop headlight up, remove 4 screws to get the cover off.
Loosen the four bolts holding the lid on and remove it.
Physically move the pop up assembly around. You should see fairly quickly where the wobble is coming from.

is it the pop up light assembly at fault ( carrier) or the insert moving ? The insert is normally held by a retaining ring which is screwed into a housing. If a screw(s) were not engaged the insert could move.By raising the lamp and inspecting you should be able to id the problem. Watch fingers when operating.

With that much movement it should be easy to spot. Best of luck.
