Hi Guys,

I've had this car for about 10 months now, it wasn't much before but
spent quite some time trying to clean it up.

Finally got my camera back from my mate and took some photos.

Enjoy =)

Dude, there's a gremlin hanging on to your car. Better be careful. They bite.

Nice wheels. What are they?

Looks good Brian, so did you sell the EK and get into this?

Wheels are awesome.

Cheers Adam,
my mate offered to let it go and it was too good to let it pass, so i brought this car unregistered
and had my EK to run around in until i had the mx up and running.

Thanks mate, so far ive been trying to clean it up more than anything else. The old 1.6L motor that came with the car started to leak oil, and it was on its way out - brought a 2nd hand motor from Mazford and had it reconditioned before it got installed

Engine:
-NA8 1.8 BP engine replaced the leaky 1.6L
-Custom intake was made (engine didnt come with boltons when purchased)
-Gasket rebuild kit
-New timing belt
-New water pump
-tensioners and idle bearings
-Exedy HD clutch
-Flywheel was machined lightened/balanced
-Stainless steel hoses
-NGK blue ignition leads
-New engine mounts

Nice clean example with some tasty mods. I love the tough stance look, even more so due to the minimal mod to get it there.

Hey George,

These wheels look like Work Meister. And if they have a "Made In Japan" casting on them, its even more likely they are.

Yeah they look more like SSR SP1s rather than Work Meister. Which are awesome when they're one piece, like this! NAICE. When they're three piece, eeeuuuuuhhh....

yea it feels alot more stiffer in the rear with the BD rollbar installed. Definately worth the money
getting one.

The guys at mania did a great job installing it, they also fixed the sagging i had with the rear of the NB glass soft top.
looks heaps better now than it did before. Very happy

2 birds, 1 stone =)
