Production Sports Cars at Lakeside 14-02-10

Postby SKYHI » Sun Feb 14, 2010 10:11 pm

The first round of the 2010 PSCRAQ championship was held at Lakeside Raceway today.

I fitted an air intake, lightened flywheel and new clutch over the off season over on the dyno it made 105hp at the rear wheels. It's still 40-50hp down on the competitive 2F cars, but it's not all about hp at Lakeside :)

Nice driving, you do need more power by the looks of it. Sneek a turbo under the car.........

Hahaha........now that's different.

Yes, I'd dare say I have the least amount of power of any of the cars racing yesterday, but you can't expect much from a completely stock engine with 140,000ks on it.

Pretty satisfied with 5th out of 14 in the class though :)

I have the first 2 laps of race 2, but unfortunately it was red flagged after that due to an accident.

For some reason, the camera didn't work for the restart.

Its not!
flat battery, sitting in garage with bed sheets on it - saving money for fixing !

I was tempted to borrow my old mans NA6, put my wheels on his and do a supersprint...but he wont let me! hehe
