No wind in the hair though, or has it got a Webasto?

What hair :?:   Nah, the MX-5 is the only drop top I need. No Webasto thank God - I don't need the potential (extra) problems  . These things leak water in and oil out as it is.

Footnote: I was not completely satisfied with the colour match of the rattle can mix and I still needed some brush on touch up paint.

After much searching and getting nowhere, I ended up going to Westside Panel & Paint at Ipswich. Ray (the paint match guy there) made a batch of touch up paint ready to brush and a can of appropriately thinned paint which was ready to spray using a Preval spray gun.

I wish I had gone there in the first place. The match is spot on, the Preval is a great little gadget and Ray was very helpfull. All up, including a can of thinners it cost $50.

Thanks for the footnote JBT. Sounds like it would be worth a trip out there. :)

Here she is at MG corner at the remnants of Lowood race track. Pick the 600 square cm area that's been repainted and yet to be buffed.
