will a 2000 NB steering wheel and airbag fit on a 99 NB8A???

Im wanting to replace my nardi steering wheel on my 99 NB8A with one from a 2000 NB( One with the mazda symbol in the center).
Will this bolt straight on and will the airbag plug straight in and work???

There's some differences in how the airbag attaches, are you using the NB8A airbag with the 2000 wheel?

Would like to have the 2000 wheel and the airbag cover(with mazda symbol) on the car as not a big fan of the plain Nardi wheel and air bag cover.

Could i just swap the center cover from the 2000 NB wheel and put that on my 99 NB wheel???

I suggest you give Din a call at Airbags SRS P/L 9585 7702 ( mob 0418 562 729). He is in Mentone (southern suburb) and he will probably know the answer.

Sorry I meant there's a slight difference in how the airbag attaches to the steering wheel, I don't know if the plug is any different.

The 2000 air bag will fit your 99 with no problem. My 01 steering wheel has Nardi on it & the air bag doesnt so I put the 99 Nardi air bag in my 01 with now problems. So its just R&R on both of them here in the USA.
