Just got home from the brekkie run, good turn out of 13 cars. Great to put faces to forum names. Certainly the early morning start gives you a fairly good run through the national park before all the Sunday traffic. Thanks for organising the run George. Cheers Kim & Peter

Great turnout despite the threat of rain. Happy to report no incidents and good times by all I hope. Fantastic to meet some more members and looking forward to the next one.
We met this guy called Cy from Alice Springs who's driving from his home town to Sunshine Cost, down to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and back home. All the way he's taking a photo every 4 seconds to make a stop motion film. He interviewed a couple of us using his iphone and got all the cars in the shot as well. Should be up on his Youtube account soon. Sounds like an interesting project.

A pleasant day out. Good to catch up with some familiar faces and some newbies. Thanks George for organising everything and for breakie.
It was great to get back into the MX5 again after driving the daily for 2 weeks. You really appreciate how precise the MX5 is after a bit of an absence from it.

Yeah Cy's video's are cool. I was wondering when we were at the lookout what he was doing videoing you on his mobile.
So what about that black 911 [997] that was in a hurry? We certainly gave him a run for his money didn't we?
On the way back, I went through the NP again and saw a bunch of Ferrari's heading south. Not sure if it was the Ferrari club or that company that allows drive days on Ferraris. But there were various types from the F430 down to 328. Did anyone else see them?
So where are the photos from today's run?

yeha that 997 = very soft haha
and those ferraris..i think that is some kinda hire car group..you pay you $1k and you get to drive an assortment of the prancing horses
