g'day all,
it looks like everything is a bit of a coin toss tomorrow - there is a chance of thunderstorm out where we are headed.
i'm more than happy to go ahead with the run if we have a decent amount of runners otherwise we can postpone it.
please let me know your thoughts.

Let's go for it!
Obviously use your common sense as well - if it's pissing rain with thunder storm up north then it's not exactly going to be a great roof down drive...

Fair enough.
Other than the initial meeting point, would you mind giving us a few other meeting places along the way just incase we get cut off by a traffic light (near the start) or somehow got lost along the way?

its not that hard.
whoever leads the run will most likely stop & regroup once you get past Windsor & you are on those flats. Its easy to pull over regroup. Make a head count before you leave.
halfway house is about 100km along. Its a big area for parking. I assume the toilets there are not in working order as the shop has burnt down.
Another reason I personally always regropup there is because by that time its possible to have several km between leaders & rear gunners. Also because about 20k's after the halfways house is the real twistie bit. Shortly after that you regroup at the picknick point where you turn off to Broke. There is a few more turns after that but the whole group should be bunched together.
next stop is Wollombi. again ts not that difficult. look where all the MX5's are parked.
give silq a break. This is not a club run. where a certain etticate is required because it is a club run. like toilet breaks every hr. buching up at traffic lights , run sheets & so on. this is a casual run by likeminded private individuals.
This is casual. if you are not too sure......have a look at google. Find Putty road. it doesn't take a lot of sense.
again this might change on the morning. sliq might like the sound of what Midori was suggesting. fantastic a bit of common courtesy with everyone will let you have great day without loosing anyone.
as long as sliq comunicates his intention on the day.....should be a great day for you all
the standard loupe has always been Mc Grath Hill Maccas,
regroup just after windsor.
regroup at halfway house.
Regroup Broke turn off.
Morning tea at Wollombi Pub.
Regoup at Mangrove mountain near Pacific Hwy turn off.
regroup just before the start of the old pacific hwy.
finish off at Pie in the sky.
That is on the proviso you choose to do that particular route.
