Go the lexus spectra mica blue & Aurora blue. Both mid-night blue'ish colour. It looks for sexy and classy IMO.

Thanks for all the replies...
I'm very inclined towards the Aurora blue, looks nice. Check out this mx with a darker blue. I like.
and just for comparison...

I'm the same as you. I think the darker blue looks hot. Bit more classy and manly. Makes the MX5 look, not so much of a toy. However, a bit more "Prestige"
If i had the money, I'd do it myself!..haha

Just got the car back from the panel beaters. Overall I'm very pleased with the outcome and choice of coulour, I think it will look very nice once completed with GV front lip and some nice low offset rims.
Here are some pics. Has a nice deep colour and nice lighter metallic tone in the sunlight. Still needs to be polished, this is straight off the gun...

It looks very close to laguna blue, but slightly darker. It'd be intresting to see that side by side with a laguna blue car to see what difference there is.

Hey speedyblue, I used to own a laguna blue mx and I think it is alot darker than the laguna blue, Only looks lighter in the sunlight, looks like it has a tinge of purple in it also...
