I had a blast at last year's run. Let's do it again

Copying and pasting last year's events prep:

- Leave by 0600 hours from McGraths Hill/Windsor McDonalds, Cnr Windsor Rd & Groves Ave
- Be at Halfway House by 0730 hours
- Pie in the Sky by 1130 to 1200 hours.
- The run will be approximately 400km

Plenty of notice so no excuses of not coming. Will be perfect top down weather.

See you all there.

I did this run in the opposite direction last month (11th Oct). FYI, the roadhouse at Putty has burnt down, so don't plan on getting any breakfast from there (Broke might be a better option). The roadhouse was surrounded by cyclone fencing and police tape. The toilet block resembled a toxic waste dump! The business was up for sale the previous time I was there (3rd July). It's very sad to see it go.

Sounds like fun. Count me in pending future ownership of a 5 or a lift from someone. :D

due to the boys in blue not liking my driving habits, for me to attend this run I'd need to find myself a driver... put me as a maybe depending on work and driver situations

Pretty sure I'll be able to make it.. Unless I'm on call that weekend - but even then, I should be able to make it back to the CBD within an hour if I drive carefully. 8)

Having got up at sparrow's fart last year just to get to the start  , I cannot pass another chance for an early run up the Putty Road in good company  . I hope to come with a few friends to swell the ranks  .
