All done but two screws left over?

Postby Lokiel » Sun Nov 29, 2009 10:33 pm

How cliche.

I installed an intercooler on the weekend and put everything back together but have two screws left over:

I'm pretty sure that they go under the front wheel arches to attach the splash guards, one per side, at the top of the wheel arch but cannot figure out where they came from. They are very similar to four screws under the car that fasten the splash guards together.

Does anyone know where they're supposed to go? Are there any diagrams that show the removal of the splash guards under the front wheel arches?

Some additional shots of the intercooler install can be seen at: http://s490.photobucket.com/albums/rr26 ... =slideshow

They are the screws that screw the corners of the bumper bar to the guard.
