How to remove mania cai pipe.

I want to clean the air filter, so I was wondering how you take the mania cai pipe off. I've taken off the four screws at the base of the pipe but it still doesn't want to move... Am I taking off the wrong screws?

If it's the carbon fibre funnel attached to a simota pod filter with shield MX5 Mania CAI, then to clean the filter itself, you only need to unscrew the 4 screws holding the simota shield to the simota base. In other words, no need to disconnect the funnel from the pod.
