INDEED I DID..

Still have to fix the holes in my bumper though from the JAP PLATE HOLDER

I just grabbed a offset plate holder from MANIA for like 30 bucks i think.

Yeah the car is starting to come together.
Finding the stock seats no where near supportive enough now. especially through the twisties on the way to work somedays.. (OLD PAC HIGHWAY)

Ah good memories of driving those same roads you mentioned, Natio and Kangaroo valley 30 years ago in my Datsun Fairlady, perfect for a 5. :mrgreen:

I bet she handles them to perfection with the Koni's on now. I haven't done the coast road since they put that Bridge around the Cliff faces, how is that ?

Its AMAZING VISUALLY.. But very short.. like a K or so max..
And the sides are very high so you cant see much :roll:

Can not wait for my trip home tomorrow.. hopefully not tons of traffic.. nothing worse then just putting along up a hill in 2nd gear with amazing twists and turns slowly going past.

right Dweezle, nothing worse than stuck in traffic going through some great bends,

I will be heading back down after Xmas for a break, so I might do that run through National Park ,unfortunately it wont be in the 5 it will be in the x trail :cry:

a few Mx5's running through the VALLEY would be great fun.

on a scarier note... The 2 brand new calipers i bought from the Uk, went in fine.. then one week later, upon braking at traffic lights.. PEDAL JUST DROPPED TO THE FLOOR !!! :shock:

The seals around the handbrake mechanism just let go. The store won;t do anything about it, so PAYPAL got involved and is getting me the $$ back.

now Waiting on MX5 centre to send up some new ones.. CANT WAIT !!

Should have bought locally first place but tried to save 100 bucks.. MORE FOOL ME!!

BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!!!! Turned the big 25 today and my lil bro bought me a flight lesson in a TOMAHAWK out at Bathurst.. even got to fly over MT PANORAMA!!

Got home, everyone joined in and let me watch my favorite movie, JURASSIC PARK!!

and just now, at 11PM my incredible Gurl, pulled out another surprise....

A FULL SET OF MAZDASPEED MS03's !!! :shock:

I have wanted these for so damn long...
maybe just cos they remind me a lil of the almighty Dodge Viper RT/10 haha shhhhhhhhhh

My new Headlights arrived. 20 minutes later and they where in.

RAYBRIG Lights !!!

Does that mean i can now plaster huge

stickers all over my car, and refer to it as a RAYBRIG MX5 :lol:

Not really sure on what makes the difference, but at night i can see so much better.. Plus HIGH BEAM is 100% better, much more white light, and the distance is superb.

And a late Birthday Present from the MOTHER, was an INCREDIBLY GOOD ONE..

Brand new CERTIFIED MOTORSPORT HELMET..
It even matches the car,

Beats 5 pairs of socks anyday !!

NO MORE DURTY STANKY USED MOTORBIKE HELMET AT TRACKDAYS!!!! LOL
