Matt9111's NB8B!
Hi Guys,
Thought it was about time I post up my car. Here it is
Stock as a rock right here:
Mmmmm....open doors
All the rest are after I had the Tein S Tech Coils installed. I think it was a 1inch drop in the front and a 1.5inch drop in the rear. I personally think its the height the should have come out of the factory at. Also made the car handle much better IMHO
My local carwash!
My car and Maroondah Dam
Just near Reeftons Spur (I think)
The car now has a Carbing rear strut brace, Whiteline adjustable 24mm Sways in the front, and Whiteline adjustable 16mm Sways in the rear
Edit: Yes I'm horrible with a camera and yes its a cheap one!
That's all for now!
Cheers
Matty

So I just haven't had any time lately, organizing so much stuff with work and also going overseas for 2 months in 6 weeks.....so I unfortunately don't have any photos, but I have now installed a 6 speed short shifter into my car, along with an Xtreme Lightweight Aluminium Flywheel (3.6kg), and also a Heavy Duty Sports Tuff Clutch.
To be honest the lightened flywheel isn't any harder to drive with than normal one and the car is definitely more responsive, I feel like its also a bit faster. Only down side is because its aluminium its more noisy than a normal one, but nothing a louder exhaust or turning up the volume on your stereo can't fix.
Cheers

Sounds great Matty!
Out of interest, which short shifter did you go with? How do you find it?

I got everything from Mania, flywheel was like $675, short shifter was $295. Gave the car a good run today, really happy with the flywheel, rev matching gears is 100 times easier and quicker, the shift is great, but something is vibrating in the top of the shifter, so I'm going to have a look at it and see if I can get the noise to stop. Gear change throw is so small its hilarious, lol. Be warned though it's quite firm, my dad hates the way it feels, but I am happy, will be much happier when I stop this bloody noise.
Cheers

There is a metal collar on top of the short shifter, I just took it off, I think its to hold up the gear shift boot, so now there is no vibration, everything is working well. The flywheel is a little harder to drive than normal, I have stalled it accidentally 2 times, but i'm used to it now.
