Gearbox mounts

Postby Divo » Wed Oct 28, 2009 1:35 pm

Hi all,

Building a Clubman Locost using MX5 engine and gbox. What does the gearbox mount look like (any photos?). Is it a removable item from the MX5 body which could be adapted to a tubular chassis. Any feedback appreciated.

cheers

No gearbox mount in the MX5
It uses a Power Plant Frame (PPF) and it won't be any use to you

Buy a cheap G/box mount and make brakets to suit
