Gearbox speedo output (NB)

How many pulses per km?

I need to know, as I want to run the speedo input into the Haltech, for datalogging.

Anyone know? (couldn't find anything through search)

Ed, could you do the sums from the number of teeth on the speedo gear and the gear's diameter? BTW, I've never seen it either, but I thought the simplest way was to either use an ABS sensor and wheel circumference or a sensor on the tailshaft like the Jaycar speedo kit?

Fair suck of the sav Chris, that means I might get my hands dirty  ... now why didn't I think of that...

There are a few ways of doing it (I had not heard about the Jaycar kit though), but since the Haltech plugs straight in to this sensor it seemed the simplest. The car will be on the hoist in the next week or so, I'll pull the fitting and have a look.

Thanks Chris
