Custom MX5 Miata cursor for Tomtom
You know you have too much time on your hands...
When you spend an hour making a custom cursor of your MX5, for your Tomtom 140.
Its came up pretty good, I might make a few others.

ROFLMFHO thats tops......since its a GPS it would probably know if its raining or not....
so when it rains....and you are traveling under 60km/h the roof should come up automatically.
come on you can manage that.

I reckon that is excellent.
I wonder if you could sell a disk full of different cars to suit? I guess someone already does it?

Yeah, nice, but no where to go!
I do prefer Garmin too, (used to sell Garmin and TomTom for a living) but as far as I'm aware you can't do this sort of thing on a Garmin, yet, and this is pretty cool.

You couldn't find one... does that not mean you could make them available to forum members at a small fee (minus the 10% for my comission )
who wants one?

Lol mate im not going to charge people... You are more than welcome to have my ones, and mod them as much as you like.
Here is also a guide on how to make your own. You can use a photo, or the rear of a pixel car like I did.
Creating your own
If you want to make your own it is a simple process
1. Locate a suitable image or take a photo of your own car. The best cursors are those that are viewed from the rear but slightly above the car rather than from directly behind.
2. The image size should be re-sized to 80 x 80 pixels.
3. TomTom automatically sets any part of the image that is red (RGB 255,000,000) to transparent
4. For optimum results a continuous 1 pixel white border should be added around the cursor.
5. The image should be saved as a 24bit .bmp (bitmap).
Once your are done you save the image in the art/cars folder.
