Hi,
is there any guide on how to reline the boot, or materials needed? mine is pretty shabby

Buy a good set of boot liners off a wreck and put them in the same way you took them out.

Boot relining
the liners are done with a flocking process and as far as I am aware you cannot diy. A motor trimmer might have an idea if you are able to get it re done. As an alternative it may be a proposition to rub them down and perhaps sprayed with a sound deadener. I guess the trims themselves might be vacuum formed which gives the shape to conform to the contours in the boot. As Benny suggested a 2nd set ( new cost??) might be a thought.

point taken, and i have no idea of the flocking process, and no flocking idea how to make one, so its of to get a 2nd hand one...
