Great run, great roads (if only some of them were half a lane wider) A few of my photos are up here viewtopic.php?f=18&t=38341

I hadn't noticed this thread, but I went to Gippsland this weekend (Yinnar) to visit my parents and help my brother work on his car.

Gippsland is a smorgasbord of excellent driving roads, which ones did you take? Trafalgar -> Thorpdale -> Mirboo North is a personal favourite.

Although on all roads in Gippsland you have to watch for 4WD's who like to chop corners and generally drive up the middle of the road. One time I was following a 4WD who was half on the wrong side of the road, and as we approach a blind corner of course he has to swerve violently to miss a head on collision with a car coming the other way, then he moves straight back into the middle of the road???

As we were driving back to Hellbourne this afternoon one of the guys in the photo's gave us a wave, thanks guy!
