Problem Door lock.

Ive got a small problem with the drivers door lock. :evil:

some times it will unlock... some times it wont. some times i have to let the roof down to get out!
Does anyone know why this is so?

Locks/unlocks fine from the outside?

Something has probably come loose if it's only working intermittently. Not very hard to pull the trim off and have a poke around and it should be fairly obvious.

Edit: What model?

It's an NA. I've take the trim off and poked around tried to have a look but alas I found nothing. Well nothing I've seen out of place or jamming. It actually doesn't work either side of the door when it 'catches'. It's just a pain huge sometimes.

Mate I've been getting this too. Haven't figured out the root cause.

However the area to fix seems to be to have a fiddle around inside the door, at the very bottom.

Signs point to a spring that has worn out or popped out from its position (there are a few threads on this).
