Sorry Juffa, not true. All that does is release the pressure build up in the tank when the fuel vapourises in hot weather.

Another way to reduce the fuel pressure in the lines is to start the car, then pull the fuel pump relay or fuse. The engine will suck down the last drop of fuel in the lines before it can suck no more :)

Hey dude it's djemz from ns. Just got myself an nb same colour as yours and before I complement u on your progress I'd just like to say your a jerk for buying the wheels I wanted!!!

My nb also wobbles a bit at a constant speed but I'm told this goes away after cage and/or hardtop? Looking forward to hearing your experience with it!

For the pod, do you have to run that breather return so everything runs smoothly or is it simply for EPA? In the 32 hose from catch can goes straight to the ground!

hey waz, yeah i found the feel of the car changed a lot after installing the brown davis roll bar. i noticed a bit more tightening with a strut brace but nothing like the roll bar. you should try a hard top - i'm always amazed with the difference in feel that provides in winter.

If your wondering how i drilled the holes for the rear of the cage with the roof on........i used this handy tool 8)

I got the bar powder coated satin black.

The final install was a little trickier than i imagined. I had to leave the seat belts out and fit the seat belt tower plastic's. I had to reach in behind them to get the nuts started on the bolts, then bolted the seat belt back in.

I wasn't real keen to have the adaptronic adaptor plug thingy just swinging around near the passengers feat all open like it is so i went to Jaycar and got a box for it.....Just a generic one....

Just hacked it up with a hack saw until the adaptor fitted in....
