Torsen T2

Hi all
Looking for a torsen and came across this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-Miat ... ries#payId

Says its 'used' so I assume its pulled out of a jap spec NB (ie made by mazda?)

Is it risking buying a used torsen? from what I have read they don't seem to wear out like the clutch type lsd.

Also would this be a direct bolt into my existing open diff allowing me to keep the stock ratio? I have never really played around with diffs before so not to sure :D

cheers

you also need to marry the crown wheel onto the torsen itself. Probably left to the pro's. Unless you really know your stuff.
apart from that. It will slot straight into your diff housing. It does not say the crown wheel is supplied. You would use your crown wheel out of your existing diff.

If you remove the diff & let a technician attach the crown wheel its probably pretty cheap.
