Hi !
Thanks to postings by OVERDRAWN & philz I've learned that you can help with your suspension bottoming out with the use of FCM or aftermarket bumps stops. Can anyone advise if there is a local supplier and/or fitter of these for my 99 NB which has standard shocks & lowered Koni springs. I think I've gone too low at the back (45 -50 mm) and it's very harsh over bumps.
p.s. I'm located in Melbourne
Thanks,

How many ks have your dampers done? You are asking a lot of your dampers to keep up with shorter stiffer king springs - its not suprising you are bottoming out. I would have thought upgrading the dampers would be a better option.

Thanks for your reply Zorak,
The dampers have done 110,000 k's but are in excellent condition. I was told about the bump stops as a possible solution rather than changing the dampers as I believe no one makes a short body unit for the NB's any more (Bilstein use to make them) and I don't want to go for coil-overs.
I'm still examining all the options and have pm'd Matty about the bumps stops he may have for sale.
Agree though it may be asking too much of the factory dampers !!

p.s. the springs are Koni not Kings
