King spring rates

Postby tbro » Sat Jul 25, 2009 8:16 am

Hi all,
Does anyone know what the old King Springs rates are on the early NA lowered springs, these are the ones fitted to Scooter in approx 2000, they are not progressive rated.
Trying to work out where to go with the set up using the FCM chart.
BTW, the person I spoke to at Kings couldn't help!!!

Thanks

Terry

Terry, not sure if you've seen this very old thread, but it seems to have a few responses in it relevant to your question: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=20996&hilit

King spring rates

Tried using the search but this didn't come up, thanks for that.

Josh from Wholesale Suspension obtained the rates for me.

Thing I still can't figure is that all the progressive rate springs I've ever fitted have different number of coils from top to bottom, these ones are the same top to bottom, these springs were manu back in the early 2000s.

But I'll work on these rates and see how I go.

Thanks Josh and 93clubman.
