6speed vs 5speed

just wondering if the clutch and flywheels are the same in the 6 speed and 5 speed boxes? I would assume so but just checking.

16bit,
Yes, you can fit a BP flywheel/clutch to a 5 speed or 6 speed gearbox.
The flywheel/clutch is specific to the engine (i.e. B6/BP) not the gearbox for NAs or NBs.

All BP engines take the same diameter clutch from factory, but the flywheels are lighter as the models progress, AFAIK.

I'm not 100% about NA8 - NB8A, but I know there is a difference between NB8B and NB8A.

NA8 and NB8 flywheels are slightly different I believe.

I think they are different but you get the clutch to match and its all good, no matter what gear box you have.
every ounce counts
