The Missus is a after an Audi, so I went investigating and test driving. I drove a few 2.0 turbo TTs and was pretty impressed by the brute power, and the cupholders. So...

Not necessary for everyone, but I do a lot of long runs during summer and winter and H2O and coffee to go are a must!
OK, you can start bagging me now!

I know, O.Dude, but they make shifting to 2nd and 4th awkward when you have water bottles in there? I liked the idea of these because they could be mounted towards the rear of the console, out of the way.
They are spring loaded as well, to keep the drinks from shifting around. NB8A holders are completely useless...

Ando

Hey Ando
Your right the NB8b cup holders are in a s**t of a place but you have given me an idea  maybe if they were mounted just under where your bum bag is on the back fire wall they would be well out of the way and still work well.
Where did you buy them from..??? :)
Thanks

nb8a comes with great bottle holders .... just jam your coke / water bottle between the corner of the passenger seat and the rear "firewall" works a charm :D

That's what I do, they don't budge.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
