No and no.
The MZR has the exhaust and intake on opposite sides, the gearbox is different from NA/NB, totally different wiring harness and ECM, position of motor is further back in the NC engine bay, etc etc etc etc ...
Of course, there is the fact that the effort and the gains would be minimal compared to a bolt-on turbo or supercharger kit on a NA/NB.
But that is just my opinion.

If you had enough money you could do anything I suppose but the poignant question would be why?

answered my question perfectly. naturally the gearbox would be different but i didn't know intake/exhaust were on different sides and that the motor position in the bay is different.

Nice idea, but the motor is so different, you may as well choose ANY motor you like and you will hit the same problems.

Mazda did an engineering study and managed to fit it into an NB, though it's a very tight fit apparently.
Shiney black one with added red bits. Member of the fart club. Now with extra doof and Sunlong. - deceased and gone to heaven
