Insurance is due and I have a curly one regarding agreed value.
Are there any insurance specialists or people who work in the industry that might be able to help via PM. I used to have a contact on this forum I could ask about these things, but said party has moved on.

know of two forumites that are/ were in the industry, the most recent being:

if that's the person that's moved on then a search of insurance & shannons should reveal the other, as I think they worked there for a time, possibly in QLD. I just can't remember their forum name at the moment.
