I think I am going to use the same in my freshly rebuilt engine.

10-50W sounds odd to me. Best to ring one of the tech lines and get a recommendation for your situation.

Yep I like it. Penrite actually recommend the HPR15 15w60 for my BP-D turbo engine. Most of the FordLaserTX3 community highly recommend the HPR 15w60 (Penrite & the Nissan Silvia community also recommend the same oil for the turbo Silvias too out of interest) or the Castrol GTX3 15w40 as these engines don't need the even lighter cold viscousity oils. Previous owner of my car used Motul Turbolight 10w40 & so did I at the beginning, eventually tried out Castrol GTX3 & that was just as good while being cheaper & better value (exclusive to SuperCheapAuto, 5.5L bottle for same price as 5L sold in other stores) for money.

Tried out the HPR10 as it's in between the prior oil types & the HPR15 viscousities, & it's an even better oil in my engine, smoother operation & quieter HLAs. The HPR15 is meant to be even more so, so I'll be trying the 15w60 next oil change. Downside with smoothening the engine is that the turbo becomes quieter. I like the turbine winding sound!

The Penrites tend to be engineered for Aussie conditions & it's an Aussie brand so all good there.

Oils for breaking in new or re-built engines are a special case. You must use mineral oils for the first 1,000-2,00kms and then you can change to synthetics after that. There are about 5,000,000 articles about how to break-in engines on the web - the only consistent thing across the whole lot of them is that bit about mineral oils.

The simplest summary might be:
1. Run the engine in neutral for 20-30mins at 2,000-3,000rpm on cheap mineral oil, then throw it and the filter away. This beds the cams and flushes out a lot of honing fines and other crud.
2. Replace with good mineral oil and new filter. In the first 100km bed the rings by repeated 1/2 to 3/4 throttle accelerations from 3,000 to 5,000 and progressively higher rpm. Drive the car almost normally for another 1,000-2,000km. Avoid cold running and too much constant speed work.
3. All done. Replace filter and change oil to good synthetic.

Would have been great to see a comparison between some non-synthetic oils such as Magnetec and Nulon which are used by the average car owner (?). For the price, I would probably switch to durablend if I knew it was an improvement on standard oils but then my Integra needs high detergent oil so there are other issues to consider beside what was tested.
NB SE, NA 1.8.
