Soft top Preservation

vinyl tops are nothing new on cars- count back decades. I have a book on auto detailing and cleaning the roof consists of soap ( use pure soap if fussy) and a brush to get the dirt out of the textured surface.A pressure cleaner works very well used sensibly and correctly. 303 seems to be Ok but I have little doubt that other well known products will do the job as well. Keeping the sun off the top as much as possible has to help in its preservation.
