This is abit of a worry... are you sure you should keep the seat in on a day to day basis then?
Or are you only going to be using it on track days?

Stock seats aren't that light 15kg iirc with rails.
Fiberglass seat + rails = 7kgs, you could swing the seat over your car with one hand.
Sparco TEC are not comfortable seats, what size are you Wun?
My waist size is 30, and the Tec did not hold me in one bit, a deck chair would support me better.
Sparco Rev is a good seat for small waisted people, as it has better lumbar support.

I have a Velo GP90 in mine. It's a side mounted seat so allowed me to set it up at the correct angle etc but I've done several Brisbane-Melbourne trips in the car and find it to be very comfortable and can drive 14 hours in a day without problem (Wagga to Brisbane). I think the main reason is because I can't slouch or lean to one side in the seat and the fuel tank is small enough that you have to stop every 4 hrs or so for fuel anyway. As far as getting in and out....well you'll get used to it. I really don't find it to be anything of an annoyance.

Julian
