Can any of the knowledgeable folk here please let me know if the chrome plastic centre's that are fitted to the Astina SP20 wheels will fit a standard NB8B rim?

Went for a drive and there were slow cars everywhere, why are NC's so common . . . must be NC = Normally Cardiganed.
