NA6 Eunos buzzer

Postby davekmoore » Tue May 05, 2009 9:48 pm

Now this is about as annoying as an annoying thing .....

Get in, key in ignition, turn key to start engine, then put seatbelt on. Normal procedure, yes??

But on my 91 Eunos, not putting the seatbelt on makes a sodding buzzer go off for 5 secs even if I put the belt on within the 5 secs.

Where is the flippin' thing and how do I kill it?

Wait a week until you can't take it any longer. Borrow some form of deadly weapon, while ensuring Blonde No1 and Blonde No2 are at a safe difference and start breaking things until the noise stops

Thanks J.

Judging by the "Bicycle Repair Man" I reckon you'll also remember Twit of the Year with the slamming of the (MGB) car doors being part of the competition????

Never could afford an MGB/Midget/Spitfire/TR6 in the 70s. Delighted at how much better this Eunos is than what I remember of all of the above when I drove them as a salesman on demonstration drives.

But how come the Eunos sounds sooooo similar to an MGB? It even has a fart on the over-run.

The week is over by the way, and I'm properly getting annoyed now. If I find the buzzer and hit it hard with a lump hammer, will I also disable any useful buzzer warnings?
