just thought i would explain this pic a bit further if the problem is not obvious - just to the right of that red scotchlock , near the cable tie there is a broken white wire. this wire was previously attached to the scotchlock, but during the process of working on the injectors / harness it's taken a knock and broken off. that was the problem, one little wire.

obviously the initial wiring job was a bit flimsy and dodgy - the new version looks much better thanks bruce! :D

sorry I couldnt make it to this one guys, I had some work issues before the weekend and wasnt able to drive on Sunday.
