Anyone fitted one of these to an SP? Wondering how they would fit with the extra plumbing around it....

First trackday with the new radiator today at Malalla. Temps peaked at about 46deg on the track in the morning, temp gauge got pretty close to 3/4 but would go down a bit on the straights when the car managed to get a bit of airflow happening. Around lunchtime the wind changed and the temp dropped 10deg in about 10mins, stayed at mid 30's for the rest of the afternoon. At these temps the temp guage dosen't budge from just under 1/2. I'm very happy with the cooling pro.

Will this fit into an NA6, are they all the same alignment?
It's the only one they seem to list.

I broke my factory radiator at Winton yesterday.
Thanks
Luke

As well as for the NB, I believe they are the main suppliers into AUS.

Fitted one of these to my na6 yesterday, all the holes lined up perfectly. Took about 1 1/2 hours to remove the old and in with the new, so far very impressed, temp gauge sits a little bit lower than before. And it looks bloody good too.
Cheers
Peter.

I was going to buy one from justjap but ended up getting one off e-bay (exactly the same), cheaper and also the bigger one (52mm i think). All up $314 delivered.
Cheers

So no bad reports on these performance wise? Fitment wise should be resolved now by the sounds of it all.

When you say your radiator is 52mm, you're not measuring the width of the tank are you?
Does you car have A/C? I bought the 40mm version and it only just fits, I'm going to have to modify the A/C radaitor lower mounts to bolt it in however.
Also did you have to buy new bolts for the lower hook mount? As the stock ones aren't wide enough obivoulsy, I will have to re-drill them anyway as the holes are too small.

Yes, mine has a/c. My hook mount bolts fitted fine. Overall mine fitted without cutting, hacking or modifying anything, the only thing i had to do is leave one of the a/c pipe brackets off ( the one closest to drivers side of car, underneath which bolts to bottom of the a/c fan) but it doesn't affect anything, there's no movement of the pipe. I had to leave it off because the thickness of the radiator, there's not enough room for it to bolt up. Also the width of the top tank is 60mm and the core is 52mm. In the week or so since I've fitted this i am very impressed with it
Cheers
Peter.

Ok thats interesting, cheers for the info! Mine must have been made on a Friday
So how are the OEM hook bolts wide enough for the 52mm core, the stock one is only about half as wide? I'll have to go to a bolt warehouse I guess.
Also are you running an earth strap? I was going run one from the bottom hook mount to the engine block somewhere as the radiator itself is going to be touch metal in a few places I'd think.
I have also found a few other issues, decided to replace all of my water hoses as some of them are looking a touch cruddy.
The thermostat line was already leaking, I pulled it off to find few additional holes Ow well it wont be getting fixed today
