Sunday 17th May at Flemington Racecourse

13 Marshalls needed for this Display. Please contact Jacqui Sanderson (9853 1154) if you are able to help out. (8am - 12 noon). A chance to help out the Mazda MX5 Club - and a chance to have a [b]free[b] look at some classic cars!

I have my name down as well. You get to see some pretty cool cars. The job is usually done by lunchtime leaving plenty of time to wander around the displays.

It was a good day yesterday. The weather held for the show which was lucky There were some fantastic old cars on display. Some of my favourites were:

Silver Sunbeam Tiger imported from states (LHD) (350+bhp)
Porsche 356 Spyder (replica but very well done)
BMW 635M

I must remember to take the camera next year to psot up some shots.

BTW It was good to meet you yesterday Pam. Look forward to seeing you onthe track.

Was a fantastic day. Anyone who's tempted to work at one of the shows: definitely do it. Good, dangerous fun. Dangerous as I've fallen in love with a few Mercedes. :twisted:

I can't be considered a traitor until there's one in my driveway, can I?
