Adam has the Stance ones. Ask him what he thinks of them.

What are your priorities with the car? As in, what do you want the coils for?
Some of the coil overs out there are more aimed towards track, some not so.

Try the BC coil overs, I have used them twice now, and loved them both times, I sell them at my work, very well made and won't cost you your first born!

P.M me if interested in some info.

It seems that many people chop and change coilovers a few times until they get Teins. Then they don't change again.

Tein Basic, Tein HA, Tein SS, Tein Mono flex, Tein Flex?
All serve a different purpose with a different price, subject to availability

No use recommending set ups until you know the intended purpose IMHO. :)

lets say i want to slam my car, tuck some stretched tyres and have a massive JDM flavour to it, and probably never hit the track; what coil-overs should i look into?
or will they all take me well below 'sensible'? i'd want adjustable ride height, but not necessarily rock hard damping etc.

Anything with full length adjustment.

I have CST coilovers... yet to install them.

I've been in a 5 with BC coilovers, not bad, bit bumpy and though firm ride.

If I was to get coilovers, Tein Flex or monoflex no doubt.

IH8, stance or Flex to dump your ass on the ground. But don't look for ride quality while your down there. lol

I've read some good things about the CST's phil. Interested to hear your thoughts once installed.

How about a semi-spirited road driver looking to lower about 10- 20mm or so?
Adjustability not a big issue for me... I can take quite abit of stiffness... I think my clubmans billies are beyond calling it quits...

I was thinking something like Tein Basics just for the price...

Basics will do you fine.

Good for daily, not super firm ..comfortable, and enough height adjustment to still have some sort of aggressive stance.

Rebuild (and revalve!) the Billies, add FM springs.
