Sway bars with TEINs
I have an NB with the TEIN Super Street suspenson setup and am thinking of adding sway bars. Can anyone with TEINs and/or an NB advise me on the following.....
Do sway bars go with TEINs?
What size?
What sort, hollow or solid?
Front and/or back?
Any comments appreciated,

Bigger sway bars will certainly "go with Teins". The two aren't really related. I'd be getting some whiteline adjustable sways At least with them being adjustable you can experiment and get a setup you like. If you buy non-adjustable you could end up with a setup you aren't happy with, but be stuck with it unless you try another experiment... Definitely do front and rear.

I've got super streets and recently got adjustable Signature sway bars, front and rear, from Mania. Definitely worth doing. The car doesn't tip around nearly as much in corners, and it's now even more planted on the road.
The sway bars have improved the handling way more than the super streets did. That being said, the super streets help with comfort as well, so there's the compromise. The sway bars will help stop the car from tipping as much in the corners, whereas the coilovers help cushion the rate at which the car tips in said corners.

I have the bigger RB sways with my tein flex, perhaps a little over steerie unless you play around with setup.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

I have heard of people just putting it on the fronts only...
and keeping the rear stock.
any GB on whiteline sways for an NB cout me in.

I've heard of people doing this too; doesn't make it a good idea though

i'm running a 24mm whiteline front swaybar on my superstreets, i havent changed the rear sway yet, but i must say my setup doesnt understeer at all, it actually has a tiny bit of oversteer.

Hey Okibi. Did you go with the solid RB Bars? what spring rates are you running on the flex??

What sway bars front vs rear depends on what spring rates you have on the Teins. With the 5kg/4kg springs that were on my HAs, it oversteered like a mofo unless you had little or no rear bar.

Yes it depends on your spring rates and your coilover setup.
There are people who setup with thick front swaybar and stock rear, or Front swaybar and no rear swaybar.
Varies from different setups, and how much dampening is used on the coilovers.

I guess it should also be noted that camber and toe settings will dramatically effect the handling too.

There's no straight answer. It's all about the relationship betwen spring rates, sway bar rates, camber, body weight and stiffness, etc, etc , etc.
FatCat Motorsports have been putting out their spreadsheet for a while now. It's all there if you can just interpret it. The tuturial helps.

I have 6 and 8 kg springs in my coil overs.
I'm a nube so I dont know what my car exhibts over or under steer? I just want it to handle well in corners when the car is in neutral.
I thought sways would be a good upgrade without too much compromise to comfort / ride quality??
You guys recomend I just get adjustable front and back and just a little bit thicker??

I'd say get adjustable front/rear. Not sure about the thickness side of things though. As mentioned, I just got whatever Mania sells as normal, and it's already made quite a noticeable difference.
As for taking your corners in neutral, I think you should perhaps try a gear other than that (or reverse)
