Wonder what I can expect performance wise with these fitted?

Those "goodies" should be considered as items that prevent or reduce performance. IE Loss of power due to heatsoak (OEM IC) & loss of boost (pressure drop or in severe circumstances no boost at all as the rubber TBi has gone woopsies)

The greatest gain will come from changing the air intake and exhaust. There is nothing from stopping you from turning up the boost manually other than boost cut @ 10.5 psi; although you will be sucking and blowing through a straw if you do with the OEM exhaust & air intake.

Be mindful of using a larger IC with the OEM air intake/exhaust as you may experience a small drop in boost.

As blackster said, you probably wont notice much of an increase until you do the intake and exhaust. Once you do you'll gain a solid 30rwkw or so. Having said that I'm sure you're gonna enjoy your modified car haha :P

Congrats Craig, looks like a nice upgrade.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Bugger, I'm kinda happy not to do the exhaust and intake to be honest!

Just do the exhaust, it's a good upgrade...if you do the intake then you end up needing a ECU and it all gets too complicated.
NC Roadie, NC Racey, ND Racey….and a 30AE

Plus several others in the bone yard...
